Married happily for over 33 years with two married children and three grandchildren, my family brings endless joy and adventure to my life.

My life has been blessed with many joyful, unforgettable moments. However, at times, my upbringing was influenced by experiences of divorce, abuse, alcoholism, mental health challenges and a primary need to feel wanted. Unfortunately, when that primary need wasn't met, I found security and belonging in unhealthy ways resulting in poor decisions, and feelings of shame and self-doubt that lingered for years.

These experiences ignited a passion to positively impact others, leading me to a career in Mammography advocating for women's health and as a Group Fitness Instructor promoting physical and mental well-being. Inspired by "The Seven Primal Questions" by Mike Foster, I became a Certified Primal Question Coach, helping individuals shed past the guilt and shame to embrace confidence and freedom.

Combining over 15 years in healthcare with a decade in health and wellness teaching, I offer a holistic approach to addressing emotional, physical, and mental well-being, honoring each person's unique story and potential.

A few questions you may have...

How do I know which coaching option is best for me?

The 6 Week Health & Wellness Group Coaching program will have predetermined topics focused on fitness and emotional wellness and will provide support toward your health and wellness objectives.

Personal Coaching will be tailored to your specific objectives and will provide individualized strategies for goal achievement. Your objectives may or may not be centered around physical health.

What if I need to reschedule a weekly session?

If you experience an emergency, illness or unexpected conflict, simply let me know as soon as possible and I’ll be happy to reschedule your session to a better date and time.

What if I am unable to complete my coaching commitment?

If you are unable to benefit from the full coaching commitment, you can either defer your sessions to a later date, or receive a prorated refund based on the number of sessions that were unused.

What if I miss a Group call?

All Group calls will be recorded and easily accessible following the scheduled meeting.

When are Group calls scheduled?

Calls will be scheduled based upon the number of participants and the time that ensures the maximum attendance.
