For years I showed up fully for the women around me while quietly carrying my own hidden weight. It wasn’t until I finally opened up to trusted friends as an adult that something shifted. Hearing myself say it out loud, and being met with grace instead of judgment, was the moment I realized the shame I had been holding was never mine to carry. That experience changed everything, and it is exactly why I do what I do now.

Getting free wasn’t a quick fix or a single breakthrough. It was learning to move my body like it was worth caring for, and catching the story running underneath my thoughts before it could run me. That work changed everything: my health, my relationships, the life I kept almost living.

That’s what I do now with other Christian women.

As a Certified Primal Question Coach and ACE Certified fitness instructor, I help women in midlife stop living beneath what God has for them by renewing their mindset, releasing what’s been holding them back, and rebuilding their health from the inside out.

Getting Started

The questions women most often ask before we begin working together.

I work with Christian women who are doing everything right on the outside and still feel like something is missing on the inside. You might be carrying a story from your past, navigating a season of transition, or simply tired of the gap between what you believe about God's love and what you actually believe about yourself.

My clients span their 30s through their 50s and beyond. What they have in common isn't an age or a life stage; it's a readiness to stop performing their lives and start truly inhabiting them.

It means your faith isn't set aside during our work; it's woven through it. We anchor the inner work in Scripture and in the truth of who God says you are, because lasting identity change has to be rooted in something deeper than positive thinking.

It also means I'm a coach, not a pastor or a counselor. I'll walk alongside you, ask good questions, and give you practical tools, but I'll always point you back to the One who knows you best.

Therapy often focuses on healing the past and treating mental health conditions with a licensed clinician. Coaching focuses on the present and future: building awareness, naming the patterns that hold you back, and moving intentionally toward who you want to become.

The two can be wonderfully complementary. If at any point I sense that what you're carrying would be better served by a licensed therapist, I'll tell you honestly. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

Each of us grew up quietly asking one core question. Am I wanted? Am I safe? Am I enough? And when that question went unanswered in childhood, it became the operating system running our adult lives without our permission.

The Primal Questions framework helps you name yours. Once you can see the question you've been living from, it loses its grip, and you can begin living from truth instead.

All coaching happens online over video, which means we can work together no matter where you live. Sessions are designed to fit into a real life; you can join from your kitchen table, your office, or anywhere you have a quiet moment and a connection.

You don't need to have it all figured out; in fact, the not-having-it-figured-out is usually the sign. You're ready if you're willing to look honestly at where you are, willing to do a little work between our conversations, and tired enough of the old pattern to try something new.
